Worst customer service I have ever seen. Slow slow service. Get the runaround constantly. Unless you have nerves of steel and at least 3 months to close your deal, just go to Scotia bank. I wish we would’ve instead of giving them a chance to keep our business.
Good people, easy to deal with. Very open and forthcoming. Answered all questions, gave a plenty of good info. Overall a very positive experience.
We have received excellent interest rates. The service has been pretty good. We think changing banks at this late date is counter-productive
