It is all about the bank and not about the customer regardless of how they position it. Features only benefit the bank. Always hard to get everything set up properly.

it was an easy process and the broker was very knowledgeable and efficient. also the lending rate was excellent.

I went in and talked to a very nice lady. She helped me with my mortgage and offered a good rate.
