Since it was over ten years ago that I first got this mortgage I don't recall much of the details but I recall that it was easy and I've renewed with them since. I probably could have gotten better rates.
Clear simple and transparent. Info always accessible on line and questions always answered quickly and clearly. Good rates and application process a breeze.
They had the best rates available at the time. We did not go with the any other company mainly for this reason.
